- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Houseparty Desktop"

Doesn’t work on Mac?

This app works fine on my iPhone 7+ of course, but when I tried to download this on my MacBook, it doesn’t work at all. I cannot see them or hear them, it’s just silence and a pink screen. For the others, who are all using the app on their mobile devices, they cannot see or hear me because I cannot even join. I have tried on mutiple occasions to delete and redownload to see if it makes a difference, but it unfortunately never works. I hope there is an update for this app on the MacBook because this is quite disappointing.
Even after the update, this app is still USELESS. I still can’t hear or see anyone. Disappointing.

Would love key shortcuts

Very easy to use, good video quality even when it says 'Weak Connection'. Hoping to see some keyboard shortcuts for the desktop version to minimize/maximize chat screens, mute microphone, etc. to do those actions quicker.
UPDATE: It seems to create two notifications for each message sent in a group on desktop, which is slightly annoying.

On account of both the mobile and desktop versions of this app, the app is a great app and I love it! However, my friend group is really big and the app only lets up to 8 people join in one room, which makes a lot of people feel left out at times.

Best Video Chat App Used SO FAR

It is great. I love it on mobile and now i love it as much on computer. (mac) THANKYOU. But my only request is that you make it exactly like the cell phone software as it is better there. But still like it and definitely would reccomend for all.
