Install Chime : Speaking Clock app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Chime on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Chime"
The search will reveal the Chime : Speaking Clock app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Chime is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Chime.
Now enjoy Chime on PC.

Chip Chiming away

Slip-sliding away no more in my attention to time, tasks, projects, because this app runs in the background of my phone. Hearing the sound of the this app every quarter, half & top of the hour (full control to adjust/silence & at whatever time) reminds me to cherish time & make sure I’m spending it wisely. Thank you Developers. Adding a Pomodoro mode sure would be cool. 10 of those a day, ‘Assign Chimes’ to your chunks of time. Your ears will look forward to the sound of victory chiming for you.

Could wish for step-by-step setup checklist; took a couple of tries and some guesswork to get it working. Runs nicely in background. REALLY appreciate the hourly voice alert.
No off switch

This is fine, until you want to shut it off for a while without shutting out all other sounds. There isn't an off switch. I want a simple off switch. Nor can you set choices of when it starts or ends, making either 24/7 or 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. To have it installed means it is always on.
Excellent but needs one more thing

The half-hour and the quarter-hour modes are not available with talking male and female voices. Please enable these two options with either of the two talking voices. Thanks.
