How to chg time zone?!

Update - thank you for responding with directions. This is such a helpful company with great products. I love this app and found it from the Dawn Alarm app, which I also love. The Dawn Alarm allows the time zone to be changed. Can the Schoolchime app also change time zones? I am not in Asia! My time zone is different. But I love this app and hope I can make it work in my time zone.
Make it so we can add our own sound files.

This app was exactly what I was looking for- except The chimes would only work if the app was up. I run a homeschool and we need to shift from subject to subject, but I might be using my phone or tablet to show pictures or play music. Or my phone may be ‘asleep’ during a lesson and I need to hear the chime to shift gears.
Works like a chime!
