1. By installing this app you agree to the End User License Agreement terms at Oracle Field Service Mobile allows mobile workers to easily access, execute and manage work-related activities and ongoing communications from their mobile device.

2. When used with Oracle Field Service Smart Location, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.

3. Note: Oracle Field Service Mobile requires an active Oracle Field Service subscription and features will vary based on the subscription services.

4. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.

5. This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Oracle Field Service"
The search will reveal the Oracle Field Service app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Oracle Field Service is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Oracle Field Service.

It’s junk. Doesn’t work on IOS 13.1

Programmers use non robust, outmoded binary coded system calls rather than sticking to best practices coding done within the protected mode framework of the IOS. This is typical with the app apps. Every time the IOS is upgraded, OFSC and most other the app apps will generally break. Microsoft apps don’t break whenever the iOS is upgraded. Why can’t the app use similar coding practices?

Many issues with iPhone one annoying issue is being unable to go back from viewing history of a old work order, causing you to delete the app and reinstall it

Doesn’t work after update

Same thing as previous poster states. After updating IPhone to 13.1 it doesn’t work. Reinstalled, deleted data, tried everything.
