Can't rate what I can't try

So, just downloaded this for my step daughter to play around with some different hairstyles. First time opening it, and I can't even do anything or click on anything because when I try, it pops up with the 'we need your feedback' thing. Clicked 'no' three times, since clearly I can't give feedback for something I hasn't been able to use yet, but when I try to click on any hairstyle or do anything, the pop up comes back up, so, alas, they get this bad review simply because I can't to the product to determine what kind of review to leave. I recommend they let people use the app before badgering them into writing a review....
I just want to try

It’s a neat little app. The floating hair could use some more accuracy. I couldn’t even see my eyebrows. But all together a pretty helpful app.
