3. To get this number, log in to official Gran Turismo site, go to your profile page and look at the page URL.

4. If you cannot login with your PSN ID, please log in with your USER NUMBER.

5. No login needed, just use your PSN ID and we'll retrieve your public information.

6. There you will see a 7-8 digit number after user/profile/NUMBER.

7. Enter that in the PSN ID field and you should be fine.

Install GTS Companion app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using GTS Companion on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GTS Companion"
The search will reveal the GTS Companion app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once GTS Companion is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including GTS Companion.
Now enjoy GTS Companion on PC.
