    My coworker first introduced me to this app a few months ago but it was the one for men. I had no clue that this app developer had so many other this app apps. I just love how detailed and helpful they are. I sometimes just can’t believe how this app is free and it comes with so many features. I use this app at home when I’m too tired to go to the gym. Please keep this app in the Apple Store foreverrrrr!!! 🙌🏽

    I am literally recommening this app to my friends .. I’ve been using this one and “six pack in 30 days” for almost 2 weeks and I really like how I feel after every this app. Forget about other paid apps, this one is really worth! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 cause i wish you can add an integration feature with iPhone health app or “my fitness pal” to allow such apps to sync with, and reflect the burned calories after the exercises.

    I’m overweight but I loveeee this app because I’ve seen changes in a matter of weeks. The point is to keep going at it, because you CAN do it!!! There’s a range, from beginners to advanced and it’s so good 🤯🥰 I’m still doing beginner excercises but they’re efficient and even though they’re for beginners, I’ve seen changes in my stomach, my thighs, my gluteus. Everywhere and I’m so glad I got it. For free!!!
