Stuck on sign up page

My app is completely stuck on the sign up page. I can’t login. I will have to sign up for a second account with a different email to even be able to view anything else on the app besides the sign up page. I have closed the app, made sure it’s up to date, and restarted my phone, but it is the same page every time. Impossible to see promotions and rewards.

Doesn’t let u in

I had this app and it wouldn’t let me in so I deleted it and then redownloaded it but now it won’t let me sign in or anything. Says gender is not included in the list. Well there isn’t anything to do with gender. So now it’s free Pretzel day and I can’t get into or use the app or get any of my other points from before since it won’t let me in. App has been ruined

Can’t signup for the rewards process...

“Gender is not included in this list” error when attempting to signup, which prevents you from signing up. However, there are no gender questions available during the signup process...
