The app itself works wonderful. Slow delivery times are not due to the app. The app faithful submits the order to the restaurant immediately after it’s submitted. Anything after that point has to do with logistics and resource planning. The app itself is a very useful too about which I have zero complaints.
Terrible Delivery time and quality service.

Completed an order through your app and your order was 2 hours late. I called DAD and on three different occasions, I was told that my order would arrive after 15 minutes. The food I ordered never arrived.
