What is Waitrose & Partners? The Waitrose & Partners app allows users to create an account, shop online, book delivery or Click & Collect slots, view existing orders, amend orders, and search for products easily. It also offers features such as myWaitrose membership, Favourites, Waitrose Entertaining, Quick checkout, home screen quick actions, iPad optimization, and adding upcoming orders to the calendar. Users can also leave feedback to help improve the app.
1. Any items you’ve previously bought online will be automatically added into your Favourites, and items you buy in-store using your myWaitrose card will also be listed.
2. With the app, you can book a delivery or Click & Collect slot, view existing orders, amend orders and search for products with ease.
3. You may notice some features you use when shopping online at waitrose.com are not yet on the app (such as multi search and lists).
4. After check out simply add your delivery or collection slot time to your phone’s calendar so you’ll never forget the date of your next order.
5. Speedily access your most used features (such as search, trolley and offers) directly from your device home screen – simply press and hold the app icon.
6. Why wait in? Pop to your local Waitrose & Partners store and collect your order – free of charge.
7. If you’re feeding a crowd or planning a special celebration, our made to order range will make stress-free celebrations simple yet stylish.
8. We’ve added a place for you to send us comments on the home screen, so if you think something doesn’t work as well as it could, or have any other suggestions, please tell us what you think.
