Install MySC TrackandTrace app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MySC TrackandTrace on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MySC TrackandTrace"
The search will reveal the MySC TrackandTrace app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MySC TrackandTrace is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MySC TrackandTrace.
Now enjoy MySC TrackandTrace on PC.

I have use my notification number, order number, material number to track my orders and it says I have no orders yet I have physically received one on site today. Helpless. They can improve this app. And when it’s working it’s a good app
Lots of improvements but needs more work

We just started a collaboration with DHL Supply Chain and the track-trace visibility plays a major role for us. For last several month we have seen a lot of improvements on the platform. Still some new issues that the DHL team continues to support, we fully expect that the APP will perform to our requirements soon.
