Too challenging...not user friendly

This App is not easy to navigate. Not user friendly. I signed up in 2018 at the schereville store. App didn’t work On my phone until today. Guess the bug was fixed with a software upgrade. Hammond store on Sibley never asked me or knew about the app. They are always the last to know anything because of the perception of the store being in a transient area. So now it work but Why and how would I want to go through all these pages for savings. I don’t have time for that. It should be electronic coupons where the savings come off at checkout if you just so happened to pick up an item that has savings. Think ahead people and stop thinking like the app is “Indiana made” by an amateur. Put more money into app development and also into your Hammond store. So disrespectful to the community.

App pretending to be an App

This is not an app. It redirects to a web login page. None of the features on this ‘app’ work. It’s useless. the app & Van Til really just need to hand out those credit card sized rewards cards at the register. This fake app only confuses people and wastes customers time who are trying to figure out an ‘app’ that is never going to work.
Sign up for the rewards and give the cashier your phone number linked to your rewards account at check out. That’s about as good as you are going to get on this.

Terrible app

This app is useless. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded, made sure it is updated, etc., but it still never works. It stays frozen on the home screen. It chose a random store as “my store,” and then wouldn’t let me change it because, of course, the screen froze. I stood in line for about 15 minutes at one of the stores today, and the whole time I was in line, the app still wouldn’t load the coupons. Nowhere in the app is there anywhere to add my info to register for rewards.

This app could use a major overhaul. It needs to work like the grocery paper where you can actually build a grocery list. Also, let us be able to delete coupons. There are many I clipped to check prices but will not use.
