Install MyFitnessFirst app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using MyFitnessFirst on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyFitnessFirst"
- The search will reveal the MyFitnessFirst app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once MyFitnessFirst is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyFitnessFirst.

The worst version

This version is a huge disappointment, it seems that the developers did not test it or trial it enough before releasing it to us. It freezes and is very slow. Also many times the sessions are not loaded with the correct data and I have to restart the app to get the correct workout data.

So how do you register

Recently joined gym. Found the app. Read the reviews but still downloaded.
Trying to register but assume as it won’t let you it needs to be down by the gym.
Some instructions or basic information would be great on the app at login screen.

Doesn't work and no way to contact developer

The user experience is awful
You have to log in every time
I forgot my password and tried to reset it but it refuses to send the reset to my email

I downloaded the app as advised to do my booking accordingly. I am till now unable to sign up so as I can get to the physical schedules. I am getting the only the “sign in” window which allowing me to go no further. Disappointed.
