What is Fractal Architect X?
Fractal Architect X (FA X) is a free flame fractal creation app that allows users to create 2D and 3D flame fractal images of great beauty. The app is inspired by the popular Windows Apophysis app and supports an array of features that its users will love. FA X is not a clone of Apophysis, but it uses the same basic workflow. The app has a 64-bit CPU render engine and supports a large number of powerful features that Apophysis does not. FA X is a difficult app to learn, but beginners can use Fractal Architect 5 (FA 5), which is much easier to use.
