El Congreso Contratación Mercantil Internacional: Tendencias y Retos, reúne a juristas de reconocimiento a nivel mundial en cuestiones de contratación mercantil internacional quienes expondrán por medio de conferencias y paneles, sus opiniones sobre los beneficios, las interpretaciones y la aplicación de Instrumentos Internacionales de Derecho Uniforme, tales como la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Contratos de Compraventa Internacional de Mercaderías (CISG) y los Principios Unidroit.

2. El objetivo del presente congreso es dar a conocer a los abogados, árbitros y jueces los Instrumentos Internacionales de Derecho Uniforme que pueden servirles como guías y parámetros en temas relacionados con los Contratos Comerciales Internacionales.

3. Se proporcionará traducción simultánea inglés-español y español-inglés durante las conferencias.
