What is Medstar Living Will App? The MedStar living will app allows users to create a living will or advance directive, which allows them to dictate how they will be cared for in the event they become incapacitated and are unable to make decisions about their health and medical care. The app also offers the opportunity to register as an organ, eye, and tissue donor in the National Donate Life Registry.
