better than the update but

I used to love the regular the app little words game (before the update) and saw a response on some reviews to check the express version out. ok so i did. i appreciate the similar streamlined aesthetic, but where’s my puzzle packs? i can’t choose a skill level? do i have to start at elementary-level and work my way up? (if yes, seriously?) what have you dooooonnnnnee please bring back the old version of the regular game (for reference, i’m in my forties, and my 14-yr-old game-enthusiast son agrees with the animation etc, critiques; they’re juvenile, but not in a good way. so if you’re trying to reach a new demographic, here are two different ones telling you the same thing)
Better than the “update”

I’ve been playing this game for many years. Bought many puzzle packs and looked forward to each daily puzzle. The updated version is hard on my eyes with the bright colors and graphics, so now I can only play this express version. Still the same great game. Just wish I could still have all the puzzles I purchased.

Hey Mickey I had the same problem with puzzle #56. Then I figured out that you need to start the game over, this time solve the answers "seven" and "thirteen " first. Then the other ones work out. If you have left them until least, you chose the wrong letter tiles to begin with. It does work! :). Give it another try
Walmart? Really???

I loved this game from the very beginning. Now that we are forced to view an advertisement between each game, less so. I absolutely understand the need for financial support, but it’s very annoying to have to see one so often. And more than half are for Walmart, which I consider to be the ruination of small-town American and the beginning of the dumbing-down of rural people. I never, ever shop Walmart, and stopped supporting any connected businesses years ago, including any small businesses they gobble up (Jet). Unfortunately, that includes this game and the others by Blue Ox. This is a shame, as I think their games are the best word games around. Goodbye!
