Install BTCommander - Serial port HM10 app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BTCommander"
The search will reveal the BTCommander - Serial port HM10 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BTCommander is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BTCommander.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

If you are an Arduino enthusiast and want to experiment with BLE communication, this app is for you. It is easy to use and gets the job done. Instructions are clear and the app does exactly what it is supposed to.
