I am pregnant, have United insurance and enrolled in the maternity support program where I was encouraged to download this app. In addition to being told to download the app by my nurse I have also received emails and paper mail with information telling me to download the app. When I entered my info in the app I was told I am not eligible at this time. I went back and forth for a ridiculous amount of time with someone from the developer only to be told that my company isn’t eligible for the app. If I’m not eligible then stop sending me info encouraging me to download it and having my the app nurse email me telling me to download. Makes no sense and have never had a more complicated experience with an app before. Don’t waste your time with this.
Terrible design - doesn’t work

I can’t even set up my account because the app is stuck on my birthday, as others have said. Incredible that they can’t seem to fix this despite multiple people complaining about it for months. On top of that, I tried calling the phone number the app gave me to enroll in this program and all I got was “no one is available to take your call right now” and then it hangs up. It’s apparently impossible to sign up for this program, I assume the app just wants to appear to be offering this but doubt it actually provides much of anything.

I called in via the 877 number provided in the app. I was told that the phone line wasn’t for pregnancy related questions when I literally got the phone number from the pregnancy app?!? AND the “nurse” on the other end made me provide all my personal data like address and name before telling me that she couldn’t help. I’ve already asked my question, if you knew you couldn’t help why the eff would you still have to verify me??? And then she couldn’t help or give any advice at all. It’s 4am I cant sleep I need help and she couldn’t care less. Wow. Thanks United.

This app has it all — clinical educational information, my personal benefits and tools to help me understand my provider network and costs I can expect, and even in-app connections to all the phone numbers I need. Finally, my days of post-it notes all over the place are over!
