Did not want to pay!

When downloading this app, it did not inform me of in app purchases. Upon opening, it said it’d be $4.99. In attempting to click out of the app through the only way possible of the home button, it took that as a confirmation of Touch ID payment. I’d like my refund, but Apple is denying my request and I do not understand that. Please help.
Makes you pay money to choose clip length. If you don’t pay it is 15 seconds every clip

Appears to be 100% free, but since the update, an advertisement appears when you hit the select the app button, and doesn’t go away. No way to get rid of it other than pay $4.99.
