Better with newer images or natural lighted, perhaps

I tried two good quality digital images from very early 1900s. One turned out all brown while the other came out a blotchy blue. I was more impressed with the blue as it seemed a better attempt. The photos were of staged portraits with landscape backdrops so there was a variety of hues and shades that should have been available. I don’t doubt the photo colorization examples given, but they are naturally lighted, which may account for their success as well.

I’ve been using the app Colorize & it takes tokens to colorize your old photos. This app has no hidden fees. The quality is the same if not more vibrant the the other app. You can adjust how much color you want to add & it also saves the pictures you’ve colorized too if you choose to do so. No old picture colorizing app is going to get it perfect. But there’s some photos that look so much better when color is added.

Today is March 13, 2019 against all of the negative reviews, I still took a risk, and Purchased your product. $3.99 got me nothing, but a stalled app. When I open up my photo gallery through your app, it says zero images, in my photo library. I spent four dollars, to get a product that shows zero results. Please fix, or refund my money ASAP. I was willing to give you a chance, I still am willing to give you a chance, if you can fix the problem. Hoping for the best. ~ Irrix
Doesn’t work...just adds sepia or a blue tone.

Waste of $4. Could get the same results by just changing the photo to sepia. Tried to colorize a photo from 1960 with lots of people and clothing but I just got a brown or blue wash.
