Install Photo Measures Pro app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Photo Measures Pro on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Photo Measures Pro"
The search will reveal the Photo Measures Pro app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Photo Measures Pro is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Photo Measures Pro.

Cannot save.

As noted by another review, you cannot save an annotated picture. The SAVE feature worked ok in the basic version with the watermark, but after I upgraded to remove the watermark, SAVE no longer worked. When you select save the app closes, but you have no saved the app. I feel cheated.
Photo save function is broken in paid version!

On IOS devices this will not save unless you screen shot. I would take it if it was free but I paid you. Update please.
Disappointing

I got this app to be able to write on and put measurements on photos to share with my crews. I cannot put fractions on it, nor can I add commentary.
