Newest app update is terrible.

Love this app for recipes on my pitboss. However with the new update it’s horrible. No back button so if you are browsing and want to back out of a recipe to the list of options you have to start over again with the menu. Additionally it is no longer optimized to the iPhone screen. It looks Iike an iPhone 5 screen on my x.

Good thing gone bad

This app was tremendous before the update. Now it is very cumbersome. Search function doesn’t work and most of the time it appears as it is stuck. I find it easier to google put boss recipes than using the app which is unfortunate because of the ease that the app used to bring.

App is useless after newest update

I don’t have a Bluetooth enabled grill. As a result I’m stuck on the “add device” screen. Apparently I can no longer access any part of the app if I don’t connect a grill that I do not possess. This is a feature that should have been made optional, not a requirement.

About as bad as the website

the app Boss makes some decent smokers however, their website and this app are huge turnoffs. I was considering getting one of their pellet smokers since I have their Kamado, but I can’t use the app or website to review them. Id imagine the customer service is about the same. The app was just “updated” and still only displays a solid white screen. I’m at the point to where I’m ready to delete it.
