To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use PHICOMM Health,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PHICOMM Health" » then Click "Install".

Body Measurement Algorithm is flawed. No sync with Apple Health

I don’t agree the scale’s body analyst and neither do many other devices. There should be an “athlete” mode to appropriately adjust measurements for those body types. This is a very common configuration option for body analysis devices & apps. For example: The “body age” measure says I’m 12 years younger than my biological age. I have “excessive” muscle. The visceral fat measurement is through the roof. And the overall assessment indicates a 64: super unhealthy, need to eat less, and exercise more. = Fake News! 😉

I haven’t been able to log in to the app on my phone for weeks now. It keeps saying the data couldn’t be read bc it isn’t in the correct format. There’s no numbers to call and the whole website is in a different language. So basically the scale is useless at this point and I wasted a lot of money. Even when the scale was working I felt the numbers were off

Was sure that folks problems with linking the scale with the app was because they weren’t patient enough and knowledgeable enough regarding networks etc. if that was the case then I’m now in their camp. It worked great long enough to get outside the return period. But after trying everything I know, I give up and now have a non-linkable, non-returnable digital weighing machine.
The app refuses to log in anymore

For the past two weeks, I have been unable to log in, and today even on the login page itself, I get the error “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”, with the app refusing to even allow me to try to log in. This app has been a mess from the start, and now it’s entirely useless.
