What is Cosmic Eggs?

The Cosmic Eggs app is a game where players can breed, evolve, and mutate their own team of aliens. They can interact with other players from around the world to breed aliens together and strengthen them. The app also allows players to take their aliens through generations, feed them to make them stronger, and engage in simple fights with auto-battle. The app is regularly updated with new content, including new aliens, events, campaigns, boss fights, and competitions.

I really want to like this game. I do. But after playing since its release, it’s unbelievably apparent that it’s p2w. And that’s just unforgivable. Unless you get lucky on a draw, any kind of progression is insanely slow. Like we’re talking 6-8 months of playing daily to get a 3 Star to a 5 Star, when people who pay money can just get a 5* right off the bat. Progression is painful, and it’s my only issue. And upgrading monsters is all RNG based on top of everything. Spend and month trying to get a monster to its next level? Sorry, now you’re going to have to spend another month and insane amounts of gold breeding it to randomly get a chance to level it up. I want to like this game, I really do. But the progression mechanics are terrible. Not worth playing at all. Gave it an extra star just for design, because I do love that aspect
Tutorial Softlock

In the tutorial, if you preform the 4 stars+ gacha, then your single ticket is taken. Going to the home page, it tells you to go to the gacha page. It does not tell you to go to the 3+ stars gacha. The only hint to go there is that the hand points to the button when you are on the 3+ page. I did the 4+ stars gacha, was directed to go to the gacha page. Still didn’t know that I had to do the 3+ stars gacha. No ticket left, softlocked.

I highly recommend global catches up to jp via units and events. That’ll make this game more fun! I also do recommend doing more advertising. I played the Japanese version last year and I had NO idea an English version came out recently... So maybe some more advertising to build the community (along with events and new stuff, of course) Overall, a pretty decent game
