What is WSET Tasting Notes? The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) has developed an app that helps wine enthusiasts and professionals create and store structured and consistent tasting notes for wines. The app is based on the globally recognized Systematic Approach to Tasting® (SAT) at Level 2, which breaks down the evaluation of wine into appearance, nose, palate, and conclusion, supported by universal terminology. The app is suitable for both current and former WSET students at all levels, as well as for those who have never been a WSET student.
