App doesn’t work on iPhone

Purchased this product because my daughter loves science and thought the augmented reality would be pretty cool....wrong it would be pretty cool if the app actually functioned. We can start the app and view the video for starting. After opening to a project in the book, opening the book and making sure the entire spread is open. Nothing happens, there is a sound when the page turns which only happened during first use and nothing happens after. The “the app “ never appears on the screen.

Audio does not work. Once you start the AR section there is no way to go back. Have to force close and open again.
