طلبت من عندهم ورد... ما يعطونك الوقت اللي راح يوصلون فيه .. يقولك صباح او مساء فقط .. طيب متى بالظبط ؟؟ انت وحظك .. تتصل على رقمهم الموحد، محد يرد .. تتواصل على تويتر يقول تواصل على خاص .. تتواصل على الخاص يجمدك.. يعني توصلك الطلبية ١٢ في الليل عادي اهم شي وصلتك .. ألغيت الطلب وقالوا بنرجع فلوسك ولا رجعوها..
خدااااااااع و واحتيال ونصب. اتصل علي لبناني يقول طيب وش رايك نعطيك شي بدالها..!!! على كيفكم .. !!
وأقسم بالله .. هذا اللي حصل معي بدون نقص او اضافة والان رافع عليهم شكوى في وزارة التجارة.

طلبت الصباح الساعة ٠٨:١٨ دقيقة وتم الدفع عن طريق البطاقة ، تواصلوا معي على طول وعملوا الباقة وأرسلوا لي شكل الباقة مع بطاقة الإهداء على الواتس، وتم التوصيل الساعة ١١:٣٠ صباحا ، وكل هذا وانا جالس في المكتب ومرتاح ، الصراحة خدمة رائعة جدا واحترافية في العمل 👍 شكرا زهرة الربيع 👍
ملاحظة بسيطة ، التطبيق يحتاج تحسن بسيط احسست ببطىء قليلا وعند الإرسال الى سلة التسوق تحتاج تضغط اكثر من مره ، ايضا لم اجد طلبي بعد عمل الطلب في قائمة طلباتي. وشكرا
