Great game, just not working

the app game itself is very good, it’s just that when I try to turn on ar mode, it doesn’t work. I tap the app button but nothing happens, I also have found that there is a ton of lag in the app middle of the app game for no reason. I hope this will be fixed.
Is a refund possible?

the app game’s controls are very awkward. I’ll attempt to move and get very little response. I’ve tried playing on the app iPhone X and the app iPad Pro. the app title of my review says it all. If I could get a refund I would very much like one.
A very expensive tech demo
