Can’t get it to work

Am I the only one having a problem with this app. It will not recognize my login anymore every time you try to continue by selecting your the app lines the buttons will not work and when you attempt to contact support the URL for the website keeps coming up as not found. I even tried to set up a new account and after putting in my email address it just keeps saying enter a valid email address. When I first downloaded this app it worked great then all the sudden everything seem to stop working. I have deleted it and downloaded this app several times and attempt to correct the problem but each time it seems like the problem is the same. I did not know of others were having the same issue since I see this app continuing to get 4+ stars. Not sure what is going on. Used to be a great app.
The Best Cruise App

Since the the app lines are taking so long to release their own app for their cruises, the app Be stepped up and gave them a reason to get moving on their own app, or, adopting the app Be as their own! Once you know your the app line, ship, and date of sail, you can use the app and be made aware of all port itineraries and the things to do at each port. You can also download the whole app before your sail, so you don’t need the high priced internet connection at sea. .

I downloaded this app prior to our Alaska the app. It had all the pertinent content from the ship plus reviews of previous cruises and suggested port activities. The ship didn’t have WiFi but CruiseBe allows you to download all the info onto your iPhone/iPad/iPod. That was extremely helpful for last minute planning of port activities. CruiseBe will be my go to app on future cruises!
Won’t create an account

I really want to like this app. It has everything I would use such as deck plans, detail about ports of call, a great feature that actually gives you a route from one place to the other. However, I cannot sign in so it saves my information. I have tried to sign in with Facebook but it takes me right back to the log in screen. I created an account from my laptop but same thing. Back to log in screen. Back at the app it says no account found but when I try to create an account, it says I already have one. I’m so discouraged. I guess I’ll be using ShipMate instead.
