Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "USAPL Scoring App"
The search will reveal the USAPL Scoring App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once USAPL Scoring App is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including USAPL Scoring App.

THIS APP IS COMPLETELY WORTHLESS

YES... THIS APP IS COMPLETEY WORTHLESS. For a week I can’t create an account, can’t log in and because of too many log in tries I’m locked out. My team members who were able to get the app and successfully log in have issues with the app freezing up in the middle of games. Do yourselves the favor an get someone who can build you an app that doesn’t have this many issues and is able to be able to maintain the app on a regular basis.
