Almost what I’m Looking For

I want to like this app, I really do. So far, I use it on my iPad to keep the app notes. I love the email export option.
Some changes I would like to see:
Syncing over iCloud or Dropbox: it seems that when I open the app on my iPhone the information is not synced. I would like the option to add notes from either my iPad or iPhone and they be synced
Team Feature: I would like the option to share notes with team members and have them input notes too and it be notated shows notes are who’s
Updated contact info: I would like to see better contact options for each the app. Phone number, email, just the default things already built in for each the app.
Overall though, this app is ok, but it’s the closet thing to what I need. I will continue to use this app and I look forward to growing with it and all the new features they add overtime.

I have been hunting for an app that I can do an easy log of clients. I work for a local fire department, and receive referrals from the crews and police officer, who are on a call for a patient or citizen that needs additional resources. This allows me a quick search by last name. Often I am out of the office when a case comes in and I can quickly log in and add it to my list.
Question, is there a way to export the data to excel?
