1. There are several sections that make up the app as a whole, which include a Wellness Tracker, a Fitness time tracker, Culture sharing around the Regional UNITY fires, and a project planning template.

2. In this section, the app encourages users to share a photo and short description of any cultural activity as part of the overall Wellness Warrior Challenge.

3. Both the Wellness and Fitness Tracker will be able save data for users own personal history.

4. UNITY’s Wellness Warrior app is designed to encourage American Indian people in living healthier lifestyles, through cultural approaches.

5. The Wellness Tracker is set up in a sliding scale in four directions, highlighting the mental, spiritual, physical and social aspects of wellness.

6. The wellness tracker will allow users to manually input and track their daily wellness input.

7. The Fitness Tracker is set up in a circular scale, in a clock-like manner, emphasizing users to reach 40 minutes of physical activity.

8. Once all challenges have been complete in each section, the user will have completed and achieved the Wellness Warrior Challenge.

9. Overall the app is designed to encourage Native People to become more engaging in their own health, wellness and lifestyle habits.
