1. It tracks your: Distance, Time, and Pace for each workout.
2. I created this app for my wife who was baffled by the complex apps that are available this kind of thing.
3. (e.g., take any similar app and let it run out of power during your workout or simulate this by force-rebooting -- and look at what you end up with.
4. There's one screen to review workout history or start a workout.
5. With some other apps -- even Apple's very nice Workouts app for Apple Watch -- you'll end up with little to nothing.
6. Although the app is simple, I've brought to bear the experience of 30+ years as a software engineer to this app.

9. They all have dozens of features she has no interest in but still has to wade through and/or ads to try to click around.
10. There's no data harvesting going on here, no advertisers, no "partners", no switcheroo.
