Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

The search will reveal the iWitnessUpload app icon. Open, then click "Install".

What drop down menu?

Horrendous app. Very poorly designed. When adding a location, it only gives a drop down for countries, but not for states or cities. But when it comes to submitting the video, it tells you that you can only choose a city from the drop down menu. What drop down menu? Needs major improvements ASAP.
