Pretty good.
By MegaTchr (Pcmac user)
For a new teacher who has been leveling books through The Internet, this was a dream come true! There are quite a few books that are not in the database but every time I cannot find a book I have the option to request for it to be added through the app. One feature that is missing is the ability to print out a class list or to move it into some type of word document. This would definitely improve this app to 5 stars!

Horrible!
By fryefirst (Pcmac user)
I was extremely disappointed to pay $6 for an app that has a less extensive list of books than the free Scholastic Book Wizard. The first time I used this app, I had 17 books to level. Of those 17, 8 were unable to be leveled at all, and 5 were unable to be found with the scanner. Of the 4 books that I found with the scanner, two came up with incorrect information. Titles and authors did not match. If you are going to charge $6 for an app, you should at least make sure you are listing accurate information.

Very ineffective

I’m quite disappointed in this app. I paid money expecting at LEAST the same results I could get from free apps like Book Wizard, but even simple book searches by author won’t give me the same information. It doesn’t recognize more than half of what I scan, yet there’s no option to enter books in manually so I can still keep track of my classroom library. Also seems a bit sketchy that I’m only directed to this review site if I’m willing to recommend 5 stars. With 4 or less, I’m sent to an email contact. 😕

Very disappointed
By Khakis video (Pcmac user)
Most of the books I searched were either not found or not rated by reading level. Some of the ones I did find seemed off and when I looked them up elsewhere the rating was very different. Very disappointing for a paid app. It did not help me at all to find reading levels. I did not feel that I could trust it after I found so many books that the levels were wrong. Would like my money back because I’m still over here googling every single book to find reading level.
