  • LOVE this app! A community of strength, cardio, mental wellness & clean eating

    By Erin McClain (Pcmac user)

I cannot say enough good things about not only this TIU app but the entire this app community. It’s total body love; there’s a focus on strength, cardio, mental and spiritual well-being, clean/healthy eating, and of course, toning. The trainers are so optimistic and build you up at home and also build each other up. There is also a chat feature which I love because it allows us all to connect and encourage each other. The trainers are very good about giving instructions during the workout to keep you focused without talking too much. They offer classes at convenient times but also have parts of each daily workout available in case you can’t make a particular class. Also the On Demand feature is great because it lets you choose a particular body part or type of exercise you would like to do. Sometimes I’m so pumped up to workout that I do 2 workouts in a day. I love that the workouts are new every day and I never ever get bored. I personally love the pregnancy and postpartum section as I just recently had a baby and felt clueless about where and how to start workout out without hurting my healing body. I feel energized and inspired to workout and prepare and choose healthy meal options. I feel uplifted and focused. This app, the trainers, and the TIU community have given me new strength, self-love, and appreciation for my body that I’ve never had before and for that I am extremely thankful. 💓
  • Love TIU! 💕

    By Ciruk83 (Pcmac user)

I love the TIU girls, Katrina & Karena. I have been following them for a while and they are so motivating. I especially love that their recommendations are healthy and sustainable and not fad diets. I had been following their plan for free but recently took the plunge and purchased the nutrition plan and I love it. I occasionally do the free workouts on the app and like most have said, it’s sometimes really slow or might all of a sudden shut down/freeze when trying to use it. Especially when I travel out of the US. I don’t know whether it’s coincidental that it acts up when I travel. So I’d give the app 4 and half instead of 5 stars, for the free version as I am yet to subscribe to the paid version. That’s been the main reason I haven’t purchased membership on the app, though I know there have been some updates so hopefully it will continue to get better over time. Maybe I’ll start with a monthly subscription and update to annual if it works for me. One thing that would definitely motivate me to purchase a subscription is if there was a way for nutrition plan members to access it from the app i.e. be able to access the different meals and recipes and create a plan for the week. That way one could see the workouts and meals (perhaps) macros too in one place. I know a lot goes into developing the app, but if that were possible I would definitely give it 5 stars ⭐️. Thanks, girls! 🤗💕
  • Just one update to make it a 5!

    By TIU Kim (Pcmac user)

I love the idea of Studio this app, as a loyal TIU member since 2013, this has really helped me stay on the plan, and I love the camaraderie! I love that in theory, I should open my app and join the day’s class. However, my busy mom lifestyle prevents that; I workout during nap time and that’s not always conveniently on the half hour or hour mark. I usually end up having to look at today’s class and then go hunt for the video or videos which make up today’s class. They have tried to break it down for us on-demanders, by adding what video names to search for, but the search doesn’t always return the video (most of the time I just see their “whoops! Video not found” while searching for the videos after painstakingly entering in the video’s name and then tweaking its name until I either finally find the video or see their “whoops!” Screen.) It’s so close to perfection! Ideally, under on demand, the “featured video” would be today’s class! Or another way to instantly play the class of the day would be nice, but I feel “featured video” would be the logical spot. I realize the intent behind studio TIU is to get us to do a class and feel the camaraderie, and I’m probably in the minority over here, but a feature to instantly play today’s class would be super helpful. But otherwise, pre-mom me would love this app, and I love all the new videos, I definitely don’t get bored!
  • Love this app!

    By jwhaley54 (Pcmac user)

So I absolutely love this app! It is so convenient and I use it almost daily for my workouts. I’ve been a TIU member for quite some time now and I’m at the point where I don’t even pay for a gym membership anymore because there’s so much variety in the app. That being said there are a few minor things that would seriously take this app to the next level for TIU lovers 1. If there was the ability to “favorite” workouts, this way you could quickly find workouts that you love and want to do all of the time. I find sometimes it’s hard to locate some in the demand search and other workouts aren’t even listed in the categories. This would be an amazing feature. 2. I’ve had serious trouble using the app on WiFi since March. I’ve messaged support and that was a dead end. I have to use it everyday using my data plan which is a disappointment. I’ve tried multiple different WiFi networks and it’s always the same result, the videos glitch within a few seconds in. 3. Since we use the same log in as the TIU website it would be awesome if we could access the workout plans we’ve purchased directly from the app. I know this ones a long shot but I’ve purchased BB4, BB5 and Body Love and it while a few of the workouts have been loaded to the app, I’d love to have access to my purchases right from the app.
