  • I’d love this to include heart rate as an option

    By Danielle4q (Pcmac user)

Love this watch. But would love the tech to include heart rate as an option.
  • I like it....actually love it!

    By 90210 BH (Pcmac user)

It’s a fashionable watch that gives me notifications without constantly checking my phone. I have most important contacts designated for alerts. I find most of the other smartwatches out there to be much bigger or masculine. I’m in my 50’s so this is more desirable to me. No regrets.
  • Happily Surprised

    By Emiko04 (Pcmac user)

This app does more than I thought it would do. Tracks steps and sleep. I use it as a remote for my phone camera and it alerts me for incoming calls and text messages. Best of all it doesn’t drain my iPhone battery much at all but I must preference my phone is relatively new.
  • Good, but misleading

By A Michele Hybrid Watch User (Pcmac user)

There are several descriptions (the help documentation, the description on the App Store, advertisements, etc.) that claim that you can select ‘Date’ as one of the options for the side buttons. It describes that the minute hand will move to point to the day of the month if you select this option. However, this option does not exist for the the app hybrid watch. It does not show up in the app as an option for the side buttons. I contacted their support team to see if it was just missing from my app, but after a confusing series of emails, they finally said “I have checked with our teams and confirm that the app Slim hybrid watch does not have Date feature due to the slim design and small battery cell.” They call it the ‘the app Slim hybrid watch’ but it’s the only the app hybrid watch. There isn’t a thicker one that you can buy that has the Date feature, so I don’t see why the the app hybrid watch app would be advertising the nonexistent Date feature. My one other complaint is that the ‘find phone’ option doesn’t work well. Sometimes it works great and sometimes it just doesn’t ring the phone (I think it’s when I get out of range of the phone and then return to the phone so it hasn’t really reconnected yet). One request I have is that they add support for an app that does alarms/timers. It would be great if I could receive a notification on my watch when my timer is done or when my wake-up alarms are going off. Unfortunately, almost all of the apps listed under notifications are for messaging. Other than the misleading documentation, misleading advertisements, confused support staff, and finicky find phone option, it works well and I like it. I hope they address or fix the things I mentioned, but overall I am glad that I got it. It’s useful for notifications so that I know when someone is trying to reach me even when my phone is in my purse.
