I have tried just about all of them and this pitch pipe app is the app only one I have found to be reliable/flawless - tones are great and the app touch works - edge to edge (on iPhone XS MAX). Excellent design.

A great app with great features, but a few flaws. Features: -I absolutely love the app ability to put in the app starting note and be able to hear the app scale. Flaws: -the app only real flaw I could find is that the app note(s) play for a set time rather than as long as you press the app virtual button (a feature found on many free pitch apps). -I’m not entirely sure what the app pitch assistant is supposed to do, but maybe that’s just me. Looks like it doesn’t scale out properly. the app app also feels slightly unpolished, but that’s not very important to me as long as it works. Other than that, keep up the app great work!

Have tried several pipes; this is clearly the app one for gigging musicians. Pros: the app musician’s “holy grail” of Watch apps, a stand-alone pitch pipe that plays the app note directly from the app Apple Watch. Excellent, clean interface. Indispensable. Also: a responsive layout on iOS devices. Cons: plays pitch for a set time (~1 sec.). Would prefer the app control of touch-to-play, release-to-stop on an iPhone/iPad. Pitch will play even if phone is muted (a good thing; your phone *should* be muted if you are performing/rehearsing). Responds to volume control.
This app is a must have !
