Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Oximeter"
The search will reveal the Oximeter app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Oximeter is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Oximeter.
Now enjoy Oximeter on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Oximeter,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Oximeter" » then Click "Install".
- Oximeter will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

- Constantly says "Scaning oximeter device" but does not actually scan or do anything.

- Does not load or open properly.

- Appears to be a data grab.

- Asks for Bluetooth access but does not do anything else.

- Multiple attempts to use the app resulted in nothing happening.

- Overall, the app is frustrating and not functional.

Downloaded. Other than ask me to allow it to access Bluetooth, it does absolutely nothing. Feh!
