Paid for it but can't find it in my phone - update

I bought this keyboarded but it's not showing up in my keyboard settings. I even tried restarting my phone and looking for it in the settings. Very disappointed, I was really looking forward to using this keyboard. I've even tried googling how to troubleshoot the problem. I'm wondering if it's a flaw in the app.
Update: I was finally able to find someone on Facebook who would help me find the stickers. Usually these kind of apps come with instructions once you've downloaded it. Besides that I love The Helen stickers and can't wait to use them!

Finding the stickers

You have to add the to your iMessage in order to use them!!
Go into a message and click the button that looks like an A beside the camera and heart next to the message bar. Once you click on the "A" then it will allow you to add your stickers by clicking on the four dots in the bottom left corner. Then click the dot with the + sign that says store. In the store menu go to the manage section, and add helphelensmash and click done...

At first I couldn't find the stickers and I thought it didn't work, but upon further investigation I found out they're in your messages, click the pencils in the form of an A, then click the four dots in the corner, and select them from there. I love these stickers! But I think the developers should leave instructions on how to acquire them next time!

Just tap the "+" in iMessage to install

Works perfectly. Before you rate an app horribly, learn how to actually add the sticker to your iMessage. All you need to do is go into where your stickers are, hit the four dots in the lower left hand corner, hit the + sign and give HELP HELEN SMASH rights to be in your iMessage. They didn't automatically slip a clause in for your consent to the rights as most apps do.
