Once Oracle CX Cloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Oracle CX Cloud.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Oracle CX Cloud" » then Click "Install".
- Oracle CX Cloud Mobile will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

What a disappointing product. The formatting of data entry pages is awful, not intuitive like other iPhone friendly apps. Login issues, calendar synch issues and crashes make this app impossible to use efficiently. Stay away and spend the money on a better package.
