Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Good PDF Photo Album Creator

This is the best I could find out there but with faults or lack of options. First, they need to allow the screen size to be enlarged full screen so you can actually see what your are working on without squinting. Second, organizing the order of the photo's is very cumbersome. Third, need to be able to put a text caption on each picture, not just the page. If you have 4 photo's on a page and need to describe each photo, you can't. Fourth, need to be able to number the pages. Overall not bad but very simplistic. With added options, this could be a great program.

this seemed to be just what I was looking for. But, with no “how-to” it is hard to know for sure. I want to create pages of photos with a block of text to accompany each photo. I would like to be able to resize and arrange the photos and text blocks on each page. Playing with the app, but this doesn’t seem easy to do. Suggestions?

Good app for batch converting images to the app. You can also create some nice photo collages with this app. Definetly worth the five dollars.
