Using JAL Global on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "JAL Global"
The search will reveal the JAL Global app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once JAL Global is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including JAL Global.
Now enjoy JAL Global on PC.

It’s absolutely incredible to me that a multi million dollar company has had such an incredibly bad app and website as long as they have. The department that is responsible for these two should be completely wiped clean and start over with new personnel. The website and the app, which are related, look like they were designed by a nine-year-old. Both are completely user unfriendly. the app has lost at least one round-trip ticket being purchased by me because of the poor set up that they have.
Just hangs!

Why does the app have the WORST website and app interfaces of any major airline? Even their Japanese language website is very difficult to navigate and input the correct data. Ever try doing seat assignments for multiple people on the same record locator? I frequently get error numbers, but no explanation of what the problem actually is!! Apparently they want us to call customer service for EVERY SINGLE task. It’s costly and insane way to run a business.

I have had exceptional experience every time I have used this app. Booking is easy and so is the check in. Choosing a seat is also easy. The ability to choose a mileage partner is also a great option. I have been using the the app app since 2014.
Cannot book flights FROM Japan

Absolute garbage of an app. I cannot book a domestic or international round trip flight that is leaving from anywhere other than the limited options of America/Mexico/Brazil, Canada, or Guam. If you live in Japan and are trying to fly Japan Airlines then you should just use give up on using this app. Go with a competitor if you want to book tickets via the app.
