Install FIIL+: Global Edition app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using FIIL+ on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FIIL+"
- The search will reveal the FIIL+: Global Edition app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once FIIL+ is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FIIL+.
- Now enjoy FIIL+ on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native FIIL+ Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use FIIL+,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "FIIL+" » then Click "Install".
- FIIL+: Global Edition will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

App does not work

Bought me the Canviis, the sound quality is good it connects. The app doesn’t work for me it will not connect to it idk if I have a new phone idk but the app needs to be updated for ppl who actually use this brand. That’s the only issue I had a bit disappointed on that. The NC works well when I’m listening to my podcast indoors not sure about outside... I prefer over ear then the in ear mainly because it fits my head better and less stress on my ears but this on ear was fine on my ears clamping force isn’t tight feels light weight u can lay down with it on the touch sensor needs to get use too maybe if the app worked for me it would be fine since it has touch sensor mode

It’s refreshing to have control over my headphones without having to touch them. To see battery life, augment 3D audio, control the LED lights, voice prompts, and the varying noise canceling options from my phone is simple and convenient. Loving the app and the CANVIIS PRO. Definitely a the app fan now 😁 🎧

Great headphone complement

This app is such a great complement to these awesome headphones. First thing I did was throw away the instructions. Having them built into the app, was a huge win. The burn-in was a nice feature but being able to see my steps in the app via the pedometer for the Carat truly was a game changer, can't wait to see what else they add as far as features moving forward.
