It was great...

I loved this app for the past couple years but a couple weeks ago i got a new phone and i restored the backup and tried to play i wasnt logged into my account. I was level 160 something and now im level 1. Ive tried linking my marquee rewards account to the app daily but it just says “oops! Something went wrong try again later.” I even went to the cage at the app penn national to seek help because i submitted a support ticket through the app twice and only got an auto reply saying theyd contact me in 12-24 hours and they never did! The lady at the cage did everything she could then she sent an email from the casinos email address so hopefully this gets resolved bcuz i had every slot machine unlocked and that took a long time!

Extremely Disappointing and Frustrating

Extremely frustrated, I was told to delete and reinstall account to solve the problem and my credits, level, keys and VIP points would be restored. However upon doing so, the game started me at the very beginning, after several attempts and after following their instructions and the promise of the game being restored from where I left off, the game never got restored from where I left off and the promise was never fulfilled.

I was enjoying this game a lot. But, no they don't match your winnings when they say and it freezes up and goes off. Then when you get it to come back on, all your points are gone. You will go broke trying to buy credits. Cost too much. They make it hard to enjoy playing this game.
