  • Great for Long Drives

    By Kronstanople (Pcmac user)

There are so many quality shows on this app, I don’t know where to begin - driving 20 minutes to daycare or driving hours to a nearby city, there are so many shows that keep my boys entertained - from the short Sugar Monster to the medium lengthen Grim, Grimmer, Grimmest. Christmas is Coming is great when the season is coming - ExtraBlurt is one we all played - Savvy and Wonderhair is pretty good - especially the planet episodes, my oldest loves Mars Patel - and there are countless books, like Shredderman, which are quite good - the only problem is the cost. Most shows are entertaining and there are tons of things to discover but At 7.99 a month (after the first free one), make sure you get your moneys worth. There is enough here to keep you busy listening for months ... but eventually ... we pulled the plug but after six months we came back to get the latest episodes and check out the new shows - I guess the price is worth it if you are anti screen and don’t mind letting your kids listen to programs / podcasts instead of listening to the podcasts in your own queue
  • Pinna is a staple in our household.

I have two daughters, ages 7 & 11. At bedtime, after we read them a story or two, we let them listen to audiobooks as they are going to sleep. Suffice it to say it adds up when you’re regularly buying Audible audiobooks, particularly because children’s stories are much shorter. this app solves this problem by having lots of great content for a fixed price! I would note that my 11 year old has run through most of the content for her age. My understanding though is that this app is continuously working on adding new content. Definitely an app worth checking out if you want to consistently foster a love of reading in your child!
  • Amazing for parents trying to curb screentime

    By Johny2Bax (Pcmac user)

My almost 5 year old daughter loves this app! There is so much good content and the app is easy for her to navigate herself. There are some really great original audio shows including Molly and the Sugar Monster and Extrablurt Jr. an audio game show. I definitely prefer this over all the video streaming apps because it makes your kids use their imagination. There is a ton of content new and old. Can’t recommend this service enough!
  • Great content, not so great app

    By Jc131d (Pcmac user)

I just purchased this to listen to the rest of Mars Patel on our road trip. What a disappointment to find that you can’t download the podcasts and there doesn’t seem to be a way to save episodes/favorite shows? How dumb is that? The whole point of listening to a podcast in a car is so you don’t have to stream content. There will be areas where we won’t have good cell service so I’ll see if it works. And how the heck am I supposed to bookmark/save shows? Is there even a way to do it? I can’t figure it out if there is. Ugh. I’ll do the trial and cancel it.
