Love it BUT...

This game is my favorite. Met some wonderful people. However today, my account disappeared. I was checking on the benefits of being at the “W” level and s of a sudden 9bil in chips disappeared along with 30k-40k kava points I’d been saving for a particular outfit. That is and of itself was not the problem. The real problem was that although I reported the incident IMMEDIATELY it has been hours and no response. Many of the chips in the account I had recently purchased so it’s not as if it is not about money. I will gladly give this game a high rating, if I can get my account back. If not, I’ll be sad but will also keep on posting as people should know their chips - paid for with their money - can disappear in an instant.
Not compatible for iPad 4th Gen

I plAy more then 5 hours a day but to play on my iPhone, so stressful when someone is calling You cause somehow You get kick out from the current betting table. Alternative, Install this app on my iPad 4th Gen but it's say "app is not compatible". It just so awful because iPad 4th Gen is not on the list so I could not spend more time to enjoy. This app is compatible on iPad 2nd & 3rd Gen running on iOS 8 & above. Hope developer add the compatibility soon to gain more user.
Amazing experience

I felt like I’m literally playing at a casino table. Fast moving game. Really fluid graphics. I can’t wait to introduce my dad to this. He loves poker and doesn’t even know something like this exists. Best of all it’s free to start. Very frictionless. I just wish the timer gave me a couple more seconds. But that’s a nit. Well done folks. Keep up the awesome work!
Tired of getting kicked out

Loved the game when I first started playing but now the updated chat feature blocks my bid/fold buttons. The chat phrases stay on the bottom of the screen & I am automatically folded by the game. I have excellent internet service but I am constantly kicked out because of no signal. Never happens with my other games. Needs to be more compatible with iPad. Update for Developer: Still not working correctly on my IPAD. I deleted the app. I tried to “contact developer” in my email you sent but but got an error message “page can’t be found”.
