1. وترمي الهيئة من خلال مبادرة "امتيازات" إلى دعم موظفي الحكومة الاتحادية وتحفيزهم، بالإضافة إلى رفع مستويات الرضا والتناغم والسعادة الوظيفية، والولاء المؤسسي لديهم، بحيث توفر لهم امتيازات خاصة دون سواهم، من خلال شراكاتها مع القطاع الخاص، لما في ذلك من أثر على تحسين وتطوير إنتاجيتهم، وبالتالي تحقيق رؤية الإمارات 2021، واستراتيجية الموارد البشرية في الحكومة الاتحادية.
