What is IZA?
The IZA app is a digital assistant for health and care. It provides users with convenient services related to health and allows them to manage their healthcare needs quickly and easily. The app offers features such as submitting bills, viewing and paying healthcare costs, finding healthcare providers, and accessing important documents related to health insurance.

The app is also useful for dependents on a policy. They can download and use the app, but they will not have a mailbox or receive bills. Users only need to sign up once with their DigiD information and create a personal pin code. Users can share their feedback with the app developers through the feedback form in the app.
